Snapshot of one CNECC instance, returned by ra8_cnecc_get_status.

raw_ctl is the 32-bit EC710CTL value at sample time, so future helpers can decode bits the driver does not yet name. raw_tmc holds EC710TMC so callers can detect a stuck fault-injection enable. one_bit_count / two_bit_count / overflow_count are software counters maintained by ra8_cnecc_dispatch – the hardware itself only latches "was there at least one error" booleans, not a count. HUM Ch 42.2.4 p 2872 caps last_addr at 10 bits.
